Return Policy

To provide consistent service to all customers, the following return policy applies to all purchases.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days from the original invoice date.
All returns require prior approval from Euro Oak Floor before any material is returned.
A copy of the original invoice must be provided with the return request.

2. Condition of Returned Products

To qualify for a return, products must:

Be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
Be in the original, unopened packaging.
Have no damage, including crushed, torn, wet, marked, or taped boxes.
Match the original product sold by Euro Oak Floor.
Euro Oak Floor reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before approving any refund or credit.

3. Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit issued.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Damaged products or damaged packaging.
Opened, installed, or used materials.
Special-order or custom-order products.
Clearance, closeout, or final sale items.
Products returned after 30 days from the invoice date.
Merchandise returned without prior authorization.

5. Unauthorized Returns

Delivering products to our warehouse without prior approval does not constitute acceptance of the return.
If a customer or carrier leaves merchandise at our warehouse after being informed that the return is not authorized, Euro Oak Floor reserves the right to:
Refuse the return.
Hold the merchandise for customer pickup.
Decline any refund or credit.

6. Refunds and Credits

Refunds or store credits will only be processed after the returned merchandise has been inspected and approved by Euro Oak Floor.
The presence of merchandise at our warehouse does not indicate that a return has been accepted.

7. Transportation

Customers are responsible for all shipping and transportation costs associated with returning merchandise unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Euro Oak Floor.

8. Final Determination

Euro Oak Floor reserves the right to make the final determination regarding the condition and eligibility of all returned merchandise. By purchasing from Euro Oak Floor, the customer agrees to the terms of this Return Policy.
